It&#8217;s next to the Prado Museum and I wasn&#8217;t quite in the mood to tackle that. Lunch was in a restaurant that was the Spanish version of many restaurants in Boulder. The hostess was young, cute with scant clothing and the room was spare, packed and loud cool music. No complaints cause the food was delish.
